Brittnie grew up in Blount County where she developed a deep appreciation for the community and family. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and is proud to be a VFL. Brittnie has dedicated the past five years to supporting families during their toughest times with compassion and care in the funeral industry and joined the Smith Family in 2025. 

Outside of work, Brittnie shares a fulfilling life with her partner Doug and is a devoted mother to Braden, Stella, and Lucy. Passionate about creating lasting memories, Brittnie enjoys spending quality time with family and traveling.
